This cat painting actually came first. I did this last semester in Painting 3. Wow, just looking at this now, it’s strange seeing how much my work has changed in the past few months! Tis the artistic process I suppose.

The basic concept for this painting was the feeling of exploring a new world/environment, with a companion in tow (the kitty). Of course what’s unavoidable is the typical Meg-style, F’ed up land/city/fantasyscape. That’s in everything, in some way shape, or form. Can you say obsessed?
